Unlimited is a recurring subscription — choose weekly or monthly billing with the toggle, and your card is charged each period. Cancel any time and you'll keep full access until the end of your current billing period — no fees, no penalties.

A One Time pass is a single payment that unlocks unlimited access until the end of the exam year you select. It does NOT auto-renew — there's no recurring charge, and no card to cancel.

When the exam year ends, your account automatically drops back to the free Basic plan — you keep your account, history, and progress. You can buy another pass for a future exam year whenever you're ready.

Wishes are the credits you spend on AI interactions — one wish per chat message, quiz question, or lesson step. Free accounts get 50 wishes a month, the Unlimited plan removes the limit entirely. You'll always see your remaining wishes in the navbar.

AI marking on mock exams is metered separately from wishes. Basic accounts get 1 mock exam AI-marked per calendar month; the Unlimited plan covers 30 mock exams per calendar month. AI tutoring (chat, lessons, quizzes) remains unlimited on the Unlimited plan. Self-marking — where you score your own paper against the official mark scheme — is always free and has no monthly cap, so you can keep practicing mocks as much as you like even after the AI marking allowance is used.

Yes — you have 14 days from purchase to change your mind. For a One Time pass, you can refund it yourself instantly from Settings > Subscription > Request refund — the full amount goes back to your card automatically. For subscriptions, contact support within 14 days and we'll refund you, no questions asked. After that we'll consider refunds case-by-case.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe — PCI-compliant, the same payments platform used by major retailers. We never see or store your card details. All major debit and credit cards are accepted.
